IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Payments
All appointments require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit that will go towards your service. Total amount is due at the time of rendering service(s). Please be prepared to pay balance online, cash or Zelle day of service.

Late Policy
Please be on time for your appointment. You have a 10 minute grace period if you’re running late.Session/service time will be deducted if you are late as we must end at the upon agreed time. You are solely responsible for arriving prepared with your full party within your reserved hour(s).

Cancellations
Deposits will NOT be refunded for cancellations. Life is unpredictable and if for any reason you must cancel or reschedule I ask you notify me 24 hours in advance, communication is essential to find a solution on when best we can reschedule you.
